Again I open to the idea that there may be better warranties than American home shield. You do have the option of transferring the warranty so you can Pawn off the choice useless warranty on your next home buyer and stating that the home comes with a home warranty. You might want to not mention the fact that it's useless and covers nothing. With respect to the representatives, most of them are polite.
